When the construction phase of a project finally arrives… it comes with a lot of steam and forward motion. Since, as we all know, time is money.

Everyone wants the upbeat energy and enthusiasm of a small child. This will carry us through all of the inherent “rough edges” of building… noise, dust, commotion, etc.

If I told you all the things that could go wrong, you'd probably never build anything.

If I told you all the things that could go wrong, you'd probably never build anything. That's what I admire about “good” builders. They will get the job done… come hell or high water.

It's a good feeling… a great feeling!
